Our Story
We met in September 2009 at Ribblesdale High School. We always had a 'thing' for each other and in year 9 we became boyfriend and girlfriend. Our relationship consisted of ignoring each other at school, then using Facebook to chat at night. When we left high school in 2014, there were definitely some unresolved feelings between us.
Scott pursued his career in football and Danielle went to sixth form and then University.
We finally saw each other again in a bar in May 2018 and we have been inseparable ever since. We bought our first home together in April 2021 and became parents to our fur baby, Ronnie in January 2022.
Scott realised he had met the woman of his dreams and subsequently proposed in May 2023. But this is just the beginning of our story...
The Wedding Day Timings
01. Ceremony
1pm ceremony at Town Head Estate, we kindly ask that guests arrive from from 12:30pm to be seated for 12:45pm. Cocktail hour and wedding brekfast to follow.
02. Reception
6:30pm arrival for evening guests at Town Head Estate, party and food to follow.
03. Happily Ever After
Our wedding day will finish at midnight.

Getting Here
Town Head Estate, Newby Bridge LA12 8NP. There is a large car park for anyone driving.

Where to Stay
We recommend staying at The Swan Hotel, Newby Bridge, if you ring to book and quote "Scott and Danielle's wedding" you will get a discount. Our wedding is in half term so please book as soon as possible. The Lakeside Hotel and Newby Bridge Hotel are also close. There is a large selection of Airbnb's and Town Head Estate has camping facilities.

Getting Home
We would strongly recommend pre booking taxis as Newby Bridge is not a walkable distance. We recommend Ace Taxi (01539 445445) or Lakeside Taxi (01539 488888).
Let the celebrations continue
We want our wedding celebrations to last as long as possible, so on Saturday 31st May 2025 you are also invited to a BBQ at Danielle's mums house for one last party.
The dress code is smart casual but this event will be held outside under a marquee so please dress according to the weather.
The address is 2 Spread Eagle Barn, Barrow BB7 9AQ. This will start at 2pm until late. Parking is available on Clitheroe Road or on The Eagle at Barrow carpark.
Food is provided but please bring your own beer.
